GrabMyGig offers subscription-based services, billed on a recurring basis according to your selected billing cycle (weekly or monthly). By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy and are responsible for managing your own subscription, including any cancellations.
We understand that situations might change, and you might need to request a refund. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established a strict time window for refund requests.
Refund requests will ONLY be accepted if submitted within 48 hours from the time of purchase.

If your purchase was made on January 1st at 2:00 PM, you must submit your refund request by January 3rd at 2:00 PM to be eligible.
Refund requests submitted after 48 hours from the time of purchase will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.
Once the 48-hour window has passed, all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of usage or subscription status.
It is the user’s responsibility to cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle if they no longer wish to continue. Failing to cancel on time may result in automatic renewal and charges, which are non-refundable.
